POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Vega Saddles are made using a specially created synthetic tree with a tempered steel head iron. It reflects the most popular measurements and has produced a flexible saddle that is suitable for many horses and riders.
Vega saddles are designed by Amerigo and are renowned in the equestrian world, appreciated for their technical design, comfort and precision fitting. The purchase of an Amerigo saddle means that you are buying a top class product, Made in Italy, designed by a Horseman and made by Craftsmen. Every saddle is individually made using traditional methods of saddle making and the highest quality materials, including naturally tanned leather. and wool flocked independent panels, which can be made with different levels of volume to suit each horse. Each panel is produced individually by hand and requires great skill to ensure that two equal panels are produced. Such a panel system provides many advantages in terms of fit for the horse.
Amerigo manufactures its saddles using top class French and Italian hides. The calfskin is drum-tanned in pure aniline, with only vegetative materials being used in the tanning of the leather. The specially selected hides, which come from environmentally certified tanneries, combine with the meticulous handcrafting, to ensure that every Amerigo saddle becomes a true âMade in Italyâ masterpiece.
To ensure that your saddle retains its beauty and elasticity, it must be regularly treated with leather care products that clean and moisturise the leather without damaging it. These simple procedures create a natural protective barrier, which helps to defend the hide from natural wearing agents such as light and heat that can cause premature ageing.
It is, therefore, very important that the leather care products used are also suitable for the type of hides that we use. Unsuitable products can cause permanent damage to the leathers.
AMERIGO SADDLE GUARANTEE
All Amerigo saddles are made with a wooden spring tree and are guaranteed for a period of 5 years, and the leather and craftsmanship are guaranteed for 2 years under normal working conditions, excluding damage resulting from accidents, damage through use of a non-recommended leather care product, and damage as a result of work carried out by persons not authorised by the manufacturers.
