Achieve the Perfect Fit with Akubra Hat Filler Inserts

Ensure your Akubra hat fits snugly with our specially designed filler inserts. Each pack contains four adhesive padded strips, each measuring 11cm x 2.5cm and approximately 3mm thick. These inserts are easy to apply and remove, providing a comfortable and secure fit without altering the hat's structure.

Simply place the strips between the crown and the inner leather band, with the adhesive side sticking to the inner side of the leather. This allows the filler to be sandwiched between the inside of the crown and the inner leather band, offering a seamless fit adjustment.
