POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

How to use
For your Pet: Shake the powder on to the animal and work in well. Brush off any excess dust. Repeat each week.
Regular application to dogs and cats throughout summer months will help control the persistent scratching and loss of hair due to fleas.
Environment: For ground fleas, sprinkle the powder on the floor of kennel or sleeping area and other places frequented by the animal.
Does not control Paralysis Tick (Ixodes Holocyclus).
