POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Along with safeguarding from collisions and bruises, these boots also offer firm tendon support.
The robust composition of these boots is outlined by a TPU external structure with varied thickness levels. An added layer of Gel-Tech sits between the TPU structure and a perforated Neoprene support. This unique combination allows for effective shock absorption and provides a comfortable padding to the horse's cannon. Unique pouches via six Air-Vents facilitate maximum air-flow, ensuring the fetlock area remains ventilated at all times.
Convenient Features and Advanced Materials
Our CARBON AIR Tendon Horse Boots incorporate carbon fibre elements under the shell for superior insulation. This crucial layer assists in keeping the joints warm, thereby increasing mechanical resistance against impacts. Furthermore, an integrated Flex-Zone on the inner side adjacent to the long-pastern allows maximum freedom of movement to the limb; a much-needed feature for dynamic limb movements in equestrian sports.
