Shipping & Return Policy
POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Description
A wide range of different styles can be custom made, depending on how much horsehair you have.
Engraving includes up to 10 letters on a disc placed to rear of locketĀ .
More than 10 letters can be engraved, just let me know and I can amend the price to reflect the extra.
Engraving is done by a professional engraver.
The locket is stainless steel on a 45cm matching colour stainless steel chain

How much hair is needed (to braid as pictured , using mane or tail hair)
- At least 200 strands of tail hair (or just under the thickness of a pencil when twisted tight
- At least 30cm long
- But the more you send, the better, and I can return what I don't use

Please allow 1 to 3 weeks after I receive your hair to complete these.
