POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Description
Everyone with a competition horse or pony with white socks knows the hard work it takes to get their white socks clean & white and then to try to keep their socks clean until the competition the next day. SocEm has been designed to be applied the night before competition so it will aid in keeping socks clean overnight and during travel.
SocEm comes in long lasting powder form which is mixed with water to make a smooth paste for application.
Once you have used SocEm, you will learn how much you need to mix for your individual horse. It is suitable for horses with clipped socks or natural unclipped socks.
