POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Miss Shield Shadowmatt is equipped with a long visor and has been designed on the base of classic Shadowmatt helmets and has the same technical features (better dissipation of the energy produced upon impact, no risk of tipping the helmet in case of violent movement, exceptional ventilation, perfect adjustment, comfort and hygiene).
The Flower Swarovski is designed on a base of AlcantaraĀ® fabric on which are stamped SwarovskiĀ® crystals on a floral embroidery.
Ā The Miss Shield Shadowmatt meets CE EN1384 (Europe) and ASTM/SEI F1163-15 (North and South America) standards.
Perfect Size Adjustment for Unmatched Comfort
Three inner shell sizes are available Small (52cm-56cm), Medium (55cm-58cm) and Large (57cm - 61cm).Ā Each shell can accommodate 5-6 inner foams of different sizes in order to obtain a perfect adjustment to the rider's head.Ā Ā
With this system, it is also possible for follow the growth of a young rider.
