POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

The Rosello bib martingale is made from luxury Italian leather, which is known for its high quality, durability and suppleness. It can be easily fitted to the horse and adjusted around the shoulder and girth in order to achieve an ideal fit. The neck straps on this martingale are joined with leather forming what is known as a bib', this helps keep the riders reins together and also stops the horse reaching back and grabbing the neck straps.
Why use a bib martingale?
A bib martingale works in the same way as a classic running martingale. The addition of a bib keeps the reins closer together and also prevents the horse from getting the neck straps in its mouth. It can be used to help prevent a horse from raising its head above a point where it can be controlled. When the horse raises its head too high the martingale applies leverage through the reins to the bit, encouraging the horses head downwards.
