POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Sweet Iron Mullen Mouth Snaffle is the perfect choice for your horse. This snaffle bit is unique as it does not have a joint, instead, it has a slight curve and a medium port mouth which applies pressure evenly across the tongue, making it ideal for horses with sensitive palates. The mild action of this bit is created by the absence of a joint, which eliminates the nutcracker or pinching action. The blue sweet iron material oxidises easily, creating a warming sensation and a sweet taste in the horse's mouth, making it easier for them to accept the bit. Please note that the blue colour will fade with use, which is normal. This bit is perfect for leisure riding or hacking on more sensitive horses, but it may not aid in lateral flexion, which is needed for dressage and jumping.
Our Sweet Iron Mullen Mouth Snaffle has loose ring cheeks and a mild bit strength. It is BD Legal, making it perfect for competitions. The A and B measurements of this bit are as follows: A=12mm and B=65mm.
