POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Why choose a bevel bit for your horse?

The Bevel bit allows mild leverage and offers a little more control, promoting responsiveness and correct head carriage. Teamed with a brass alloy mouth piece this is an ideal bit for horses that need a touch more braking power but perhaps have sensitive mouths. The double jointed mouthpiece offers a higher level of comfort in the horse's mouth as it helps to prevent pinching of the lips and bars of the mouth, whilst reducing the nutcracker action of a single jointed bit.

A central lozenge helps to distribute pressure over both the tongue and bars of the mouth, encouraging mouthing and contact. Brass alloy is formed when copper is alloyed with a harder metal, this produces a warm and durable material which is perfect for horse bits as it can aid salivation and be more palatable to the horse.
