POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Designed to give your horse total comfort and protection whilst traveling. Ergonomically shaped for a close fit, the main body of the boot is constructed with airtechnology fabric, a perforated shockproof material that allows air to circulate and heat to escape. The integrated high-rise knee design features a layering system, which incorporates shockproof materials for the ultimate knee protection during travel. Microfiber leather guards are designed to protect the pastern area from cuts and abrasions. Strong and long lasting elasticated Velcro straps secure the boots in place. Fully machine washable, these boots are a must have item for your horses wardrobe.
