Shipping & Return Policy
POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Superb low profile memory foam supports the saddle and evenly distributes the riders weight and pressure. The panels of the saddle bed into the foam, which becomes more malleable and complient as it warms up.
The silicone "tyre grip" provides additional support and secures the saddle in place. This increases stability and reduces any unwanted movement - no unsightly straps required
The carbon mesh spine insert ensures optimum wither relief and air flow as the pad's high wither shape reduces pressure. Contrasting binding, metal motif and pu leather detail make this a very stylish half pad. Suitable for use with a variety of saddle models
