POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

The CROMO TEXTILE range, featuring a soft, smooth matte surface, is part of the classic KEP Italia line and includes some of the all-time best sellers. Certain models in particular amongst the TEXTILE helmets fit the concept of the difference being found in the detail: colours, overlay, special finishes (in this case, the matte border of the front grille), contrast surfaces, innovative added features make every model unique, before even considering the infinite customisation options offered by KEP ITALIA. These helmets also feature the Air Control System, the ventilation system developed exclusively by KEP Italia to ensure optimum internal temperature based on atmospheric conditions. This system, together with the lightweight design of the helmet, provides the rider with enhanced comfort. Chin strap with five attachment points to the shell of the helmet. Internal Coolmax lining (for maximum breathability and comfort) that is detachable and can be washed by hand in cold water or in the machine at 30Ā°C. Customisable using airbrushing or other techniques.
This helmet passes the tests necessary to obtain five international safety certifications and is equipped with a removable and washable internal lining.
Ā Fitted with paddedĀ removableĀ inserts, the size of the helmet can be adjusted accordingly; oneĀ KEPĀ Medium Skull is capable of fitting sizes between 51-58, and a large skull from 59-62.
