POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

The Kentucky Young Horse Fetlock Boots with Sheepskin are the ideal choice for competing young horses (conform to FEI rules) as well as for general use.
They offer outstanding lightweight protection with Proteck Impact Gel* within the boot's strike zone. Anatomically shaped to offer a comfortable and stable fit, the design features a tough outer shell casing, which is styled in an extremely light yet strong TPU outer shell, which helps to protect against impact without compromising on style.
Moreover, the artificial sheepskin offers excellent cushioning against sensitive skin. The PVC leather section on the single Velcro strap is hardwearing and features the brand's eye-catching logo. This generous Velcro strap ensures a secure and adjustable fit, completing this highly desirable boot.
The boot is also easy to clean as it is specially made to sustain the washing process at 30° (no dryer).
