POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

The Air Fetlock Boot is an ultralight protection that goes around the entire fetlock but with an open front. It protects the horse's hind fetlock joints from brushing when jumping.
This fetlock boots offers extra protection by bonded shell filled with D3O intelligent molecules*. Anatomically shaped to offer a comfortable and stable fit, the shell is made of an extremely light yet strong TPU which helps to protect against impact without compromising on style. It also features a single Velcro strap for easy fit, ventilation holes and perforated neoprene lining to prevent the legs from overheating.
Easy to handle and easy to clean, these boots are machine washable at 30° (no dryer) and keep their shiny looks with Kentucky Boots Cleaner.
* D3O shock absorbing molecules is a light and clever material that locks on impact and then disperses the blow returning to its former pliable self immediately. Laboratory tests have shown that the boots absorb impact over 50% better than any other boot currently on the market, with the ability to disperse a heavy blow equivalent to that which would actually break a human bone.
