POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Customization for better fit is a reality with KASK. Helmet liners are available in a range of sizes from 50 to 63cm. Each helmet is sold in the size range of liners that fit that particular shell. At the time of checkout, you can specify the liner size, ensuring that you get the perfect fit.
Perfect your sizing with our size guide - The size of the KASK helmets corresponds to the head circumference in centimetres. Measure above the ears and jot down your measurement in centimetres for the best fit!
Please note that we are unable to provide any 57cm helmets at this time due to no availability of 57cm liners.
