POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

The Ionair Ceramic Technology Rug is designed for pre-warm up aid and effective post exercise cool-down.
Ceramic minerals are embedded and infused within the fibres of the fabric, ensuring the ceramic benefits last for the lifetime of the rug and will not wash out.
Premier Equine recommends using the Ionair Ceramic Technology Rug before exercise to help prepare the muscles for work, and after to help reduce lactic acid build up caused by exercise.
Ā The therapy delivery method means that the effectiveness of this product is significantly increased when used by horses who are in regular training.
