POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Medi Slosh is a deep cleansing body wash which can be used everyday or when skin irritations occur. The medi slosh is an effective anti-bacterial & anti-fungal action making this wash ideal for itchy or scurfy coats. Formulated to cleanse the hair deep down & support healthy skin it will also remove sweat & dirt build up from the coat. This wash is Low-lathering & non-rinse.

Directions For Use
Add 15ml per gallon bucket of cold or warm water increase to 25ml if required. Recommended dilution 10:1

- Surfactant(coconut extract)
- Emollients(Glycerine,Lanolin)
- Coat Conditioner
- Preservatives
- Lactic Acid
- Anti-Bacterial agent(Quaternary Ammonium compound/Cetrimide at <1%)
