Shipping & Return Policy
POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Our HAIRY PONY BODY BRUSH is crafted by hand from premium beechwood and has bristles made of natural fibres. The handle is padded to add softness, and custom-made gold accents add a touch of luxury. The bristles are flexible but closely packed to guarantee a complete coat clean with each use.
Our HAIRY PONY DANDY BRUSH is hand-crafted using high quality beechwood, with stiff synthetic bristles - ideal for brushing legs & removing dried mud. The handle is softened by the padding and finished luxuriously with custom gold accents.
Our HAIRY PONY FACE BRUSH is handmade with high quality beechwood & pure wool bristles. Incredibly soft & decadent, this brush is perfect for brushing sensitive areas such as the face. The padded leather handle adds softness & our signature gold details give a luxurious finishing to match your collection.
Our HAIRY PONY MANE & TAIL BRUSH is the ultimate brush for mane & tail care. Smooth metal bristles minimise hair breakage when brushing out stubborn knots. The ergonomic handmade beechwood handle ensures a secure pad & bristles, in addition to being comfortable, easy to grip & a beautiful addition to your grooming kit.
