POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

With Equest® Plus Tape, one can also control gastrointestinal roundworms including both adult and encysted stages. It even aids in controlling benzimidazole resistant strains of small strongyles. This is all achieved with a single dose, making it a stress-free solution for horse owners. The product contains moxidectin and praziquantel, sufficient to treat a horse of up to 575 kg.

It's worth noting that Equest® Plus Tape should not be given to horses under 400 kg [500kg]. Keep the product away from dogs, as excessive consumption of spilt material may result in toxicity. When used correctly, Equest® Plus Tape is safe for horses over 4 weeks of age and all breeding stock, including stallions and pregnant mares.
