POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Denver paddock boots are constructed from premium grade leather, combining timeless elegance with European styling and the latest technical features to provide the wearer with unrivalled style and comfort.
Sleek style lines offer a flattering look and elasticated laces, elastic side panels and rear zip fastenings offer easy fitting and removal. With added arch support these boots are perfect for long days around the yard or riding and look great when paired with their range of ladies leather half chaps for everyday riding or competition use.
Two-point spur rests and a classic round toe shape complete the look.
A dual density foam cushioning system is anatomically designed to reduce strain on the foot from the impact of walking, with targeting support in the heel, bridge and ball of the foot absorbing shock and providing lasting comfort.

Care Instructions
Firstly, Premier Equine recommend you test all products used during the cleaning process on a concealed patch of leather to make sure they are compatible and ensure that they give the desired finish.
Use a soft bristled brush or damp sponge to gently remove dirt build up from around the boot. Pay particular attention to the zip and rim of the sole.
Rinse a cloth in clean lukewarm water and gently wring it out, leaving a fair amount of moisture within it.
Premier Equine then recommend the use of self-foaming footwear cleaner. Apply foam to the entire outer boot sparingly and carefully wipe away any remaining dirt using a soft circular motion - this will prevent streaking marks.
Using a clean cloth wipe away excess foam.
Leave leather to dry naturally away from direct heat sources.
You may wish to apply a specialist leather wax or cream formula which will help preserve the leathers properties.
As a finishing product we recommend the application of a protective spray which will help guard the leather against water, stains and most importantly urine, which can degrade leather over time.
Top Tip: One of the key functional elements of your boot is the zipper, this should always be maintained by opening the zipper and wiping off grease and dust after each use. This will ensure a smooth sliding action and prevent debris from causing the zip becoming stuck or split.
