POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

This kit contains;
Scruff Brush contains 100% natural bristles from the agave plant. Its long flexible bristles go to work removing dead hair and debris from the surface. It's thick dense bristles sweep up the dead hair from the coat by trapping it within the tips of the bristles.
Supreme Brush contains 100% natural bristles made from horse hair. Its short and tightly packed bristles provide a firm surface area to shift dust and debris. can be used as an all purpose brush on any coat type, and maneuvered it a sweeping action to flick off loose hair.
Softie Brush contains 100% natural bristles on the outer edge, and a soft dense centre made from Goat hair. This is a gentle and flexible brush that can used around sensitive areas of the face, poll and ears. Its soft goat hair centre has has a buffing and smoothing effect leaving the coat soft and shiny.
Ergonomic Hoof Pick has been constructed in an ergonomic design so it sits comfortably in your hand. Its long flexible bristles brush debris from the frog. Made from beechwood with a leather strap.
