POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

ROECK-GRIP® is extremely breathable, elastic and supple. In short: it fits children’s hands like a second skin. At the same time, it provides the excellent grip and tactility they need when handling the reins.
The glove’s individual components are meticulously sewn together by hand. Maximum seam tolerances of one millimeter are merely a tangible quality criterion, because comfort cannot be measured.
It’s the cuts and proportions that make all the difference. This is where ROECKL benefits from over 175 years of experience in the art of glove-making. Convenient: the ROECK-GRIP JUNIOR is machine-washable at 30° Celsius (86° Fahrenheit).
The characteristic fastener with the stylized hand logo reliably secures the glove around the wrist.
