Shipping & Return Policy
POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Sometimes referred to as blinkers, race hoods are generally used to restrict the horse's vision to some extent (depending on whether a full cup or half cup is used) in order to encourage them to focus on the race rather than what is going on around them.The Zilco stretch race hoods are made from 4-way stretch spandex/elastane material. The hoods are fastened with clips under the neck, which include touch-tape straps for extra adjustment.This model has half cups, which are stitched onto the hood.
