POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

The halter is made of very strong nylon in combination with our newĀ synthetic sheepskinĀ directly attached onto the nylon which makes it very light.
ItsĀ lightnessĀ reduces the pressure on the horseās head and makes this halter the most efficient one on the market during long journeys.
The sheepskin covers every inch and buckles. The size can be adjusted on both sides and a carabiner hook allows you to easily put on and off the halter.
The halter isĀ easy careĀ as the artificial sheepskin is specially made to sustain the washing machine at 30Ā° (no dryer).
