POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Stop Greasy is an all natural topical, water resistant ointment which helps to alleviate minor dermatological abnormalities.
Stop Greasy is a natural botanical product that has been developed to address the issues relating to debilitating and frustrating skin conditions for both horse and owner.
Stop Greasy may be effective as a minor wound healer and unguent for lesser dermatological issues.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Before applying, thoroughly clean the affected area with baby oil or paraffin. DO NOT USE WATER OR SOAP. Only remove loose scabs.
Ingredients: Beeswax, Melaleuca oil, enzymes.
Available in 200 gram and 600 gram pots.
Regulatory:
Does not contain any FEI prohibited substances as per the January 2021 Register.
Manufactured in Australia under GMP conditions by Agricure Pty Ltd.
Australian regulatory status: Registration not required.
This product does not contain restricted animal material (RAM)
