The All Weather Neck Rug 0g can be used in combination with Kentucky turnout rugs. The outer shell is made of a 600D ripstop fabric, which makes it resistant to various weather conditions. The neck rug has nylon binding, with a 210T PES lining that has the same hand feel than a sleeping bag.
