The Inno Sense Medium Port bits are made of elastic synthetic material and are slightly flexible (less flexible than Flexi Soft).  

This mouthpiece has a smooth port that creates decreases the pressure on the center of the horse’s tongue.

The loose rings allows the bit to move more freely in the mouth and the aid is conveyed indirectly.

Mouth piece is 15mm thick - standard Inno Sense bits are 20mm tick.
