POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

This high-quality rug is expertly crafted by Trailrace using a strong, tough, general-purpose blended polyester/cotton canvas that incorporates an attractive blue-dyed yarn over checked to enhance the tear stop construction. The kersey wool lining is warm and long-lasting, making it the perfect choice for your horse.
This rug comes standard with double wool lined shoulders, fleece on the wither, a large tail guard, and hood fittings. The double dee leg strap fittings are easy to adjust, and the poly/cotton leg straps are soft to eliminate rubbing. Standard sizing is available from 4' to 5'3 and retails for $199.95, while 5'6 and up retails for $230.00. Neck rugs and combos are also available to order.
