POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Why do you need the Kelato Hoofprime Hoof Dressing? In dry conditions, hooves can become cracked and brittle. Regular use of HoofPRIME keeps the hooves strong and flexible, allowing them to absorb shock from exercise on hard ground and preventing leg injuries. In wet conditions, hooves may absorb too much water and become soft. The oils in HoofPRIME act as a water barrier, maintaining the hooves' condition.

- Does not seal the hoof, allowing it to breathe for better hoof health.
- Can be used in both dry and wet conditions.
- Only needs to be applied every second day, saving you time and cutting costs.
