POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

A “Royal Collective” of Horse Queened products in “Mini/ Shetland” size just for you to try.
All featured in our gorgeous poly Horse Queened bag.
The Sample Pack contains:
Hoof It- 200ml- with Horse Queened applicator brush, paint on whole hoof wall up to the hairline including heels and soles. Best results if applied daily.
Cool It Spray- 100ml- shake bottle and spray joints, legs and muscles. Best if used after workout. Keep away from horses' eyes (and your own).
Soothe It- 150ml- the powerful formula is both antiseptic and antibacterial providing maximum protection against harmful bacteria and promotes healing and hair growth. Place on wounds, rub marks, cuts and abrasions daily.
Thrush It- 30ml squeeze bottle, on a clean dry hoof, gently place tip of bottle into the frog crevice, around frog and into any cracks around the bulbs of the foot. Apply daily for best results. Best results after a few days of treatment.
Cool It Gel- 100ml- using gloves apply Cool It Gel onto horses legs, joints and muscles for a cooling warmth to promote blood flow to horses sore spots.
