POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Hoof Freeze aids in preventing and treating pain and soreness in horses’ hooves, particularly tender-footed horses. It should be applied prior to races, competitions, or hard workouts. Hoof Freeze also combats thrush and white line disease.
Hoof Freeze was designed for the tender footed horse including competition horses. Many owners do not have the opportunity to enjoy their horses simply because the horses are tender footed. In addition, some horses are sore after being trimmed or shod. Hoof Freeze is a great product for this type of ailment. (Sole Pack Hoof Packing will also give relief in this case.) Hoof Freeze is an excellent hoof hardener in just one or two applications.
