POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

The Cryochaps K2F cooling wraps for horses are designed to be part of your horse's daily cool-down routine and to aid in the horse's rehabilitation after injury. Our compression ice boots for horses were designed to mimic ice bath therapy, a common treatment for human athletes.
Product Features of the Cryochaps K2F Horse Cooling Wraps:
One wrap can fit either the left or right leg and provide a secure fit.
Both ice and compression are provided by our equine ice boots.
The essential compression is provided by the Stretch Neoprene boot.
Our cooling blankets for horses are durable and reusable.
After use, Cryochaps are simple to wipe clean.
