POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

It is DEET FREE
Controls and repels susceptible Flies, Mosquitoes, and Nuisance Insects including House Fly, Stable Fly, Bot Fly, Mosquitoes, Midges & Sandflies.
Aids in the prevention of Queensland Itch (hypersensitivity to insect bites)
Contains coat conditioners so wont dry out their skin.
Scented with Rosemary (disrupts the sensory receptors of bugs and flies) and Citronella (masks any smells that a fly or other insect may be attracted to)
HOW TO USE:
Spray/ apply directly to your horse or as a premise spray to keep your stable area free of insects. Can also be sprayed on rugs and tack,
Ready to use, oil-based formula
Human Ointment- take a small amount and apply to areas that help deter insects and create a barrier without being too overpowering- such as behind the knees, on wrists, back of neck and around waist.
All Natural, Non Toxic.
