Shipping & Return Policy
POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

The innovative COLLARTEX material made by COLLAR is used to make the new collars and leashes for WAUDOG.
The best things about this material are that it lasts a long time, is soft, and doesn't get wet. The leashes and collars in the new series are really unique because they are made with titanium grey hardware that is both high quality and stylish. COLLARTEX is an innovative material with a layer of reinforcing material on the inside that takes most of the load and a polymer cover with a unique soft touch texture that keeps it from slipping. Water can't hurt COLLARTEX in any way.
It is simple to clean.
Bright colours are used in the Waterproof series.
The colour of menthol glows in the dark!
One motion was all it took to fasten and loosen the metal buckle.
The cover is made of polymer, which is easy to clean (can not be damaged by water)
Area for engraving.
