Shipping & Return Policy
POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

The Vase Tumbler Treat Toy Dispenser will keep Maximus and Blaze occupied for hours. It's an excellent interactive toy with a weighted bottom that always assists the toy in remaining upright, even when knocked down.
This toy features a bell and feather for added appeal.
Remove the central body piece and stuff snacks into the tumbler's base. Each time the tumbler is jostled, a goodie will fall out of the little opening.
Additionally, this toy makes an excellent wand toy for your cat. Unscrew and hold the central body piece in your hand. When you wave it around, your cat will be powerless to resist. By omitting the feather element, this becomes an excellent dog treat dispenser.
Please utilise goodies no larger than 1cm in diameter for optimal treat delivery.
