POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

The E134 Sport Dressage Snaffle Bridle with its intricate workmanship and a triple-ridge profile, is made in Europe from the highest quality leather.
The crown piece has a broader surface and has extra padding in soft perforated leather that ensures reduced pressure in the highly sensitive area of the horse’s poll. It shape is anatomical, to prevent interference with the ears of the horse.
The browband is anatomical in form and embellished with elegant Swarovski jewellery set within the leather to prevent breakage or damage.
The noseband, rather than having the conventional straight-line profile, curves downwards, a design feature that improves anatomical shape. It also has flash strap and a Swedish closing mechanism. The buckles and metal components are made from the highest quality material.
