POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Save time and frustration by using Australia’s widely recognised hair de-tangler and conditioner – NRG No-Nots. This water-based grooming solution is free from harmful chemicals, simple and easy to use, and doesn’t leave an oily finish on the coat or on you!
Simply spray No-Nots into manes and tails making sure all areas have been covered with the solution. Then simply groom the hair with a light brush and comb. For longer lasting applications, spray the hair with No-Nots and leave for 10 minutes before grooming as this will allow the hair to absorb the spray and ensure the strands are easier to groom.
Cleaning up your horses’ coat is also easy with NRG No-Nots. Just spray onto the muddy patches and watch as the dirt and grime is lifted away with each brush.
