POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Inside, the helmet is lined with a hydrophilic fabric, offering breathable and antibacterial properties. This helmet is meticulously designed to provide an adaptable fit, thanks to its integrated fit-system. Paired with its innovative ventilation system, which keeps the rider cool and comfortable as it promotes rapid drying and optimal airflow, the KOOKI Lady is undoubtedly a stellar addition to any rider's gear collection.

Please note, helmets are available in an extensive size range of liners from 53cm to 63cm. Helmets are sold according to the range of liners that fit within that specific shell. To ensure a perfect fit, please specify the liner size you require at checkout. For instance, for a 58cm helmet, select the 57cm-59cm option and specify a 58cm liner at checkout.
Extra emphasis is placed on sun protection with the KOOKI Lady's broad peak, safeguarding your skin from weather damage while providing maximum visibility. The helmet is also fitted with a hypoallergenic chin pad made from soft eco-leather, offering unbeatable comfort and preventing skin irritations.
