POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Description
The Tendon Grip Sock protects the horseās legs against boot rubs, scratches, bacteria, fungus or dirt and provides as well extra support for the tendon. It can also be used to ice a spot that an ice boot canāt reach like a knee or a spot higher up. Ideal for horses that have sensitive hoof bulb and pastern while wearing overreach boots, the sock feels like a second skin and does not bother. Very easy to use, you just need to cut the roll to the desired length and pull the sock over the hoof into place. We recommend attaching the sock to the top of the boot and to the hoof with our Tesa Tape to make sure it stays in place. The Tendon Grip Sock is re-usable as it is machine washable at 30Ā° (no dryer).Ā
