Shipping & Return Policy
POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Description
Personalise your horse’s halter with our custom engraved nameplates—available in brass, silver, and rose gold. Choose from various fonts, text colours, and even upload images for a truly unique design. The plates used are all made out of quality engraver's brass and available in many sizes.
Two Chicago screws are included (on plates with a width of 14mm or more) to easily attach the plates to your halter. Chicago screw length options are 8mm and 10mm (more to come). Select the length based on thickness of leather on the halter. We suggest applying one drop of PVA glue to the centre of the Chicago screw prior to tightening.
Rivets will be included with the plates that are 10mm wide. See the following video on how to install the rivets. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/f-t_xt0OOdg
The rivet tool, if required, is available for purchase on stores like Etsy, Ebay, Amazon etc.
Please note that we only use All Caps in all our engravings.
