Shipping & Return Policy
POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

The Light Protect is new to our summer rug range and is a stand out with burgundy trim. It has the same soft poly-cotton ripstop material (50% Cotton, 50% Polyester) as the Grand National Light that is strong and breathable. The Light Protect provides extra protection with hood and ears completing the rug as a combo.

- Large shoulder gussets for greater freedom
- Adjustable, removable leg straps
- Generous Tail Flap
- Tailbag fitting sewn in
- Hood attached to rug with ears for added protection
- Single buckle at chest
- Buckle & Clips on hood plus a safety strap for added security.
