POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

If your dog lunges and jumps when he sees squirrels (or sniffs other dogs), the Gentle Leader Headcollar is a great way to teach him better leash manners. Use this tool to train your most determined puller while still allowing him full range of motion to bark, eat, drink, and play fetch.
Unlike other harnesses, the Gentle Leader Headcollar loops around your dog's nose rather than his neck or shoulders. When your dog pulls, the headcollar gently moves his head towards you, allowing him to refocus his attention on you and away from the enticing squirrels and distracting smells.
The best part is that once your dog has mastered proper walk manners, you will most likely only need to use the headcollar as a backup during situations requiring a little more control, such as vet visits or dog park play dates.
