POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Beautiful soft 165g flagcloth fabric has been produced into the most comfortable essential summer piece for every equine. Perfect for keeping horses cool on those extremely hot days. This fabric offers UV protection as well as keeping insects at bay. Same fantastic contoured design and features are included in this essential Combo.
‘XL’ size refers to the neck on this combo, we have made some 6'3 and 6'6 sizes with an extra long neck for those very long necked horses (same as our ripstop combo)

- Neckstay support piping, running parallel either side of neck rug, helps to prevent slipping or scrunching down of neck rug
- Satin lined shoulders and wither.
- Satin lined neck rug

- Adjustable and detachable leg straps.
