POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

The Bates All Purpose is the first truly high performance, general purpose saddle in the world, featuring cutting edge design and technology never previously seen in general purpose saddles. This saddle features luxurious comfort for your horse with broad bearing area that achieves a large footprint on your horse’s back. The wide and even chamber through the length of saddle enables generous clearance of your horse’s spine. It also features luxurious comfort for you, with a deeper seat for added security and greater confidence. A narrow waist provides closer contact, so you sit into the saddle rather than on the saddle. The Ergonomic stirrup bar enables the roller of the tongue on the buckle to be recessed into the bar and sit flush, which significantly reduces the bulk under your leg, by at least one thickness of leather. The Point and Balance strap girthing system achieves greater strength and durability and improves the distribution of pull from the front and back of the saddle to increase comfort and saddle stability.
