The invert is a small ball in the overreach boot, which stops it from turning around. The shock absorbing gel absorbs the impact from overreaching.Whats it made out of perforated artificial leather. The material doesn't absorb water, therefore stays light weight. 

These are easy to fit to the horse and easy care machine washable 30°
