POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

The X-D2 K Free is very comfortable also for female riders (unisex tree). The rear part of the seat is significantly wider than traditional Dressage saddles. It contains two enlarged membranes obtained by applying the new OTI (Over Tree Injection) technological procedure: the elastic material is over-injected into the tree.
The blocks are anatomically shaped and provide utmost freedom of movement for the knees.
The front girth straps are elastic, while the rear ones feature a new close-contact fixing system.
The panels are shaved in the front for freedom of movement of the shoulders and offer a wider contact surface.
The saddle is supplied with the F23.0 - trapezium pad for a perfect fit.
