POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Description
Lyona saddle pad from Pénélope, with fine horizontal quilting, equipped with faux fur reinforcement under the saddle, as well as at the withers and behind the saddle. Its backline is well-defined to allow for proper wither relief. Under the saddle, the very comfortable faux fur reinforcement for the horse serves as a shock absorber. The reinforcements at the front and back of the saddle allow the Lyona pad to stay securely in place under the saddle. This stability is further enhanced by the presence of girth loops on each side. On the left rear side, the Pénélope logo is tonally embroidered.Composition: 100% polyester Available in black and navy One size: Suitable for a wide range of horses as well as D ponies Care instructions: Our Lyona pad is machine washable at 30°C, but tumble drying is strongly discouraged.
