POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

CORRECTION Multi-pocket half pad with fleece panels and front and rear trim. Stocked colours - Black, White, Black/White. Other colours avaliable to order.Â
 To compensate for changes in young horses due to their rapid development during training.
 For fully trained horses which change a lot during season.
To correct irregularities in the horses built.
Using a pad to compensate for the lower back, caused by age. It balances the saddle beautifully.
 Slight compensation on a horse with unequal sides.
 Fitting of an initially too wide saddle on a young horse with the possibility to reduce the shims in a flexible way according to training conditions.
Due to the simplicity of the system it is now possible to compensate for the changes in the fit of the saddle caused by changes in form and condition of the horse during season.
