POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Premium grade heavyweight anti-pill polar fleece is used for the coat's outside and lining, providing double insulation for further warmth. This heavyweight fleece is ideal for cold-weather activities and delivers unmatched quality and durability. With a velcro strap across the chest, the Snood style neck may be rolled back into a deep turtleneck.
Reflective Beading around the coat for night safety protection and a buttonhole on the back of the coat for a collar or harness attatchment.
Ideal for wearing at night, or after washing or grooming.
Keeps your dog's body temperature warm.
